Individual Adult Therapy

If you are strug­gling with over­whelm­ing feel­ings of stress, sad­ness, anx­i­ety, anger, con­fu­sion or any­thing else that is stop­ping you from achiev­ing the things you want to be doing in life, you’re not on your own. It is not unusu­al to feel these things and often feel­ings like these go on for too long with­out being talked about or dealt with. Some­times talk­ing to some­one you are close to may help, oth­er times, these feel­ings are too big for those con­ver­sa­tions. Friends and fam­i­ly don’t always know the right words to say to offer real solu­tions to help you over­come these feelings.
