If you are struggling with overwhelming feelings of stress, sadness, anxiety, anger, confusion or anything else that is stopping you from achieving the things you want to be doing in life, you’re not on your own. It is not unusual to feel these things and often feelings like these go on for too long without being talked about or dealt with. Sometimes talking to someone you are close to may help, other times, these feelings are too big for those conversations. Friends and family don’t always know the right words to say to offer real solutions to help you overcome these feelings.
