Group Therapy

Group therapy can be a great way to deal with psychological distress and disorders. Group therapy provides a safe space where you can come together with a group of people who are dealing with similar issues in their own lives. Group sessions can give encouragement as you realise you are not the only person experiencing these feelings. Therapy in a group setting can be helpful for:

  • instilling hope
  • self-esteem and confidence boosting
  • interpersonal learning
  • imitative learning
  • development of social skills.
